Frequently asked questions
What is the GTM Assessment?
Built on the GTM Operating System's eight pillars and the 3Ps maturity model, the GTM Assessment gives you a directional read on where your company actually stands, and which pillar is costing you the most right now. No system access required, and no cost to find out.
What results will I get?
You get a stage read: Problem-Market Fit, Product-Market Fit, or Platform-Market Fit, since most stalled growth is a company running plays built for a different stage than the one it's actually in. You also get a pattern-level view of all eight GTM O.S. pillars: where you're strongest, where the gaps are, and which pillar is creating the most drag on revenue right now. The results point to a next move, not a score to file away.
What happens after the assessment?
You get your personal GTM Blueprint, and it's yours to keep. After you have completed the assessment, we will have a 30-minute readout: I'll walk you through it live, specifically where your growth stall traces back to a stage mismatch or a pillar gap. My goal is to help you identify where your maturity is misaligned with your execution.
Can multiple team members take the assessment?
Yes, and I'd encourage it. The assessment is built to be taken by more than one leader, not just the CEO or head of marketing. When the CMO, the head of sales, and the CEO each answer independently and their read of the business doesn't match, that gap is the finding. It tells you where alignment is missing before it shows up as missed pipeline or a stalled deal cycle. If your company runs multiple products or business units, have each person answer with one product line in mind rather than the company as a whole; mixing business units in a single response muddies the read.
How can this assessment help or support investor or board conversations?
The framework it's built on gives investors a defined role, and running GTM isn't it. In the MOVE model, investors are the Guide: coach the CEO through the 3Ps rather than own the process. That matters because growth-at-all-costs metrics applied at the wrong stage force structure too early and can block real ICP fit. The assessment gives your board a stage-accurate read to coach from, instead of a generic growth playbook.
How does this fit with our existing sales and marketing strategy?
The GTM OS treats sales, marketing, and customer success as one revenue team, not three functions chasing separate numbers. When it's broken, marketing hands off leads that were never the right fit, sales closes them anyway because revenue is the mandate, and customer success ends up trying to resell the account during onboarding. The assessment shows you where that pattern is happening and points to the shared, stage-appropriate KPIs all three functions should be running against.
